MY ADOPTED SOLDIER TRIP 2017 - Applications now closed

In June 2017, a group of students from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will join students from Liebigschule, Frankfurt am Main in a project to remember soldiers from both sides who died in the Ypres region of Belgium in World War One.

Fifteen Students have now been chosen to represent Ireland & Northern Ireland and and we are delighted to welcome a further fifteen students, selected from Liebigschule in Frankfurt. Each student shall be given the name of a soldier who died in Flanders from his/her local area. Students will then carry out research on his/her soldier just as students did on the first trip to the Somme in 2015.
